Setting up the Cause App

  1. Tap on the “My Wallet” button on the Home Screen
  2. Tap on the “Bank Accounts” button
  3. Enter the Bank Name, Name on Account, Routing Number and Account Number for your Bank Account. If you are not sure what your Routing Number is, please contact your bank and ask them to provide your “Routing number for ACH”.
  4. Tap on “Add Bank” in upper right corner
  5. Your information will be instantly verified and you may now transfer funds from this Bank Account!
  1. Make sure you’ve linked a Bank Account to your Cause Mobile Wallet. If you have not done this, see “How to Add a Bank Account”.
  2. Tap on the “Transfer Funds” button on the Home Page.
  3. Tap on the “From” field. A list of choices will appear at the bottom of the page. Scroll to your bank account and tap “Done”. This will populate the “From” Field with your bank name.
  4. Tap on the “To” field. A list of choices will appear at the bottom of the page. Scroll to “Wallet” and tap “done”. This will populate the “To” Field.
  5. Enter the dollar amount that you wish to transfer into the “Amount:” Field.
  6. Tap on the “Initiate Transfer” button, and you are finished! You will now have the amount that you specified available within your Cause Mobile Wallet.
  1. Make sure you’ve linked a Bank Account to your Cause Mobile Wallet. If you have not done this, see “How to Add a Bank Account”.
  2. Tap on the “Transfer Funds” button on the Home Page.
  3. Tap on the “From” field. A list of choices will appear at the bottom of the page. Scroll to “Wallet” and tap “Done”. This will populate the “From” Field with your Wallet.
  4. Tap on the “To” field. A list of choices will appear at the bottom of the page. Scroll to your Bank Name and tap “done”. This will populate the “To” Field with your Bank Name.
  5. Enter the dollar amount that you wish to transfer into the “Amount:” Field, do not use a “$” symbol.
  6. Tap on the “Initiate Transfer” button, and you are finished! You will now have the amount that you specified transferred to your bank.
  1. Tap on the “Payment/Donation” button on the Home Screen
  2. Tap on “Campaigns”
  3. Select a Campaign from the list. If you prefer, you can search for any part of the Campaign Name using the search box at the top of the screen.
  4. Tap on the “Contribute to Campaign” button at the bottom of the screen
  5. Enter the amount that you wish to contribute in dollars and cents (do not include the “$” symbol).
  6. Select a method of payment, Wallet or Credit Card (If no credit card or bank account has been added, that choice will not appear).
  1. Tap on the “Payment/Donation” button on the Home Screen.
  2. Tap on “Merchants”
  3. Select a Merchant from the list. If you prefer, you can search for any part of the Merchant name using the search box at the top of the screen.
  4. Tap on the “Make a Payment” button.
  5. Enter the amount that you wish to contribute in dollars and cents (do not include the “$” symbol).
  6. Select a method of payment, Wallet or Credit Card (If no credit card or bank account has been added, that choice will not appear).
  1. Tap on the “Payment/Donation” button on the Home Screen.
  2. Tap on “Scan QR Code/Logo”
  3. Tap on “QR Code” at the bottom of the page.
  4. Hold your mobile device steady as you aim the camera at the QR Code. Adjust the position of the camera so that the QR Code fills the box shown on your device’s screen. The Scan will complete automatically.
  5. Your Wallet is automatically selected in the “From” field as the source of the funds, and you will notice that the email address of the recipient is also automatically entered.
  6. Enter the amount that you wish to pay in dollars and cents (do not include the “$” symbol).
  7. Tap on “Initiate Transfer”.
